Dog Squad Clinics

North West Hobart Graduations Hockey Club (NWHGHC) the “BULLDOGS” offers development clinics throughout the year and welcome all NEW and existing players

The Bulldogs have a strong focus on Junior Development.  Our programs are suitable for all juniors, from brand new to experienced players, from Under 8 through to Under 18 age groups.

Our programs have been successful and continue to offer development to our very talented juniors and are supported by our Premier League players, skilled coaches and members of our club.

Keep an eye on our facebook page for the next development clinics or contact our junior coordinators.

June Long Weekend
Each June Long Weekend a regional competition is held for Junior players by Hockey Tasmania. There are two southern Tasmanian teams for the following age groups for both boys and girls (U 13, U15 and Under 18). Our juniors are encouraged to nominate and try out for these teams. Information about the nomination process and times will be advised by the Junior Co-ordinators prior to the June Long Weekend.

State Teams
A number of our Junior players play at the state level and juniors at North West Hobart Graduates Hockey Club are encouraged to nominate for state teams. Information about the state nomination process, times and costs will be advised by the Junior Co-ordinators throughout the season as they are called for by Hockey Tasmania. More information about State team and Hockey Tasmania Junior Development programs are available on the Hockey Tasmania website on the High Performance and Junior Zone pages.
